Apple Chicken Salad Recipe

Apple Chicken Salad a day is a tasty way to shed the pounds away!

Ingredients:
4 oz raw, boneless, skinless chicken breast
3 cups leaf lettuce, chopped
1 large sliced apple
2 tsp chopped dried English walnuts
1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Grill the chicken breast. In a large bowl, toss leaf lettuce, sliced apple and walnuts. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, olive oil, mustard, and pepper. Top salad with sliced grilled chicken breast. Enjoy!
