PARMESAN AND ALMOND CRUSTED SALMON

Parmesan Almond Crusted Salmon Recipe

Enjoy a dish that’s as heart-healthy as it is delicious!

Ingredients:
10 g Parmesan cheese, low sodium
8 g slivered almonds
2 tsp brown cane sugar
1 serving Pam cooking oil spray
145 g Atlantic Salmon
150 g beans (green or yellow)
150 g pepper (any color)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, combine the grated parmesan, chopped slivered almonds, and brown sugar. Mix well. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with Pam. Place the mix on top of the salmon to form a crust. Bake the salmon for 7-10 minutes in the oven and serve with steamed beans and peppers.
