Crazy for Cherry Smoothie
Approx. calories for this smoothie = 200
Ingredients:
20 g U-Protein
1 oz Liberté Greek Yogurt 0% MF
4 fl oz Filtered water
1 fl oz Cherry juice
4 Pitted sweet cherries
1 1/4 tsp Flaxseed oil
Instructions:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to replace water with ice, or to add ice as desired. Enjoy!

This sounds like an awesome snack. Turns out I just bought a bag of frozen pitted sweet cherries. For the 1 oz. cherry juice, could a person substitute apple juice or water?

We have and continue to publish different smoothie recipes in the “Recipes” section of this blog as well as our Facebook page that you can check out and try. We do, however, recommend that you meet with your Health Coach who would be able to select from hundreds of smoothie recipes we have available and provide you with many different options, tailored to your preferences.
