AVOCADO SHRIMP SALAD

Avocado Shrimp Salad Recipe

This succulent seafood salad is a certified crustacean sensation!

Ingredients:
6 oz cooked shrimp
1/2 pomegranate
1 cup arugula
1 large sweet yellow pepper
1 cup raw spinach
1/2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup diced raw avocado

Instructions:
Peel and defrost cooked shrimp, if needed. Peel and remove seeds from the pomegranate. In a large salad bowl, combine arugula, spinach, diced yellow pepper, oil and vinegar and toss. Top with cooked shrimp, diced avocado and pomegranate seeds.

    I would like to know if your recipes are for single serving meals or multiple servings? Do you provide recipes that would feed the entire family?

When preparing the meals for the whole family, simply multiply the ingredient amounts by the number of people you are cooking for and serve the dish in approximately equal proportions.
